Showfou Roots Blower is a high quality positive displacement rotary robe blower with ultra low vibration and noise levels, available for various high pressure and vacuum applications such as corrosive gas and food processing.

CHARACTERISTICS
* Produce a constant flow of gas at different pressures.
* No Contamination: The pumped gas does not get contaminated as there are no lubricants used.

* Gear Box, Front Bearing and Rear Bearing: Oil Lubrication for its components.

ADVANTAGES
Owing to the three (3) lobes’ rotor design, the reverse flow pressure variation period is only 2/3 than that of a conventional 2 lobes’ rotor, the peak pressure is lower, and the noise and pressure pulsation is greatly limited.
● Less backflow, Steady air flow rate, Lower vibration and noise.
● Long Servicing Life: With reduced discharged pressure pulsation, it leads to lighter loading of bearings and timing gears.

● Large Air Flow: Compared with 2 lobes type, the 3 lobes blower can deliver larger air flow with same operating speed.
● High Efficiency: Clearance between the rotors and the casing ensures no contact in operation and higher efficiency.

● High Precision in rotors: The precision of rotors is fully controlled by CNC machine.
● Free From Vibration: The rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already, so rotors are almost free from vibration.
